Oh, hey there...
I AM NIKKI LOOTS
I am an International traveling self-love and transformational coach and I am obsessed with sharing the message that you can fall in love with your life every single day, by learning to love yourself first!
I help soul-seekers and dream-chasers break free from their fears and evolve into their highest, most confident self!
My passion is to shine a light, spread the love and show you that the life you so badly crave and desire, does not have to be a dream anymore.
I have spent the last 10 years traveling the world, from sipping rosé on the Côte d' Azur and coconuts in the Caribbean. Moving from South Africa to Australia, The United States to Bali, from Buddhist teachings in Thailand, and meditation trainings in India... Life has taken me far and wide!
My biggest realisation from privately coaching men and women on self-love and mindset, inspirational speaking at events, hosting workshops and retreats, and through my very own spiritual journey, is that we are all taught this one massive lie...
We are not enough!
We are not smart enough, rich enough, pretty enough, handsome enough, tall enough, toned enough, funny enough, creative enough, confident enough... The list goes on and on and it's time to torch these limiting beliefs about ourselves.
My life was constantly driven by the belief that I needed to be more.
I would hold myself back in fear of failure, beat myself up in comparison to others, and break myself down because I never knew what it truly meant to love and support myself!
I was a perfectionist, a go-getter, an overachiever... And no matter what I did, I could always do more!
I was searching for validation from my family. Compliments from friends. Attention from men.
I cared so much about what others thought about me that not once did I stop to ask:
What do I think about myself!?
ON PAPER I HAD IT ALL...
THE BOYFRIEND, THE MONEY, THE BODY,
THE TRAVEL, THE FAMILY, FRIENDS, THE 10-YEAR PLAN...
BUT I CRIED MYSELF TO SLEEP AT NIGHT!
I FELT SO LOST, SO ALONE, I DIDN'T KNOW WHO I WAS!
Have you ever felt like you just can't go on like this anymore?
Like you've been kicked to the curb just too many times?
Like the struggle doesn't seem to end?
That was my life, over and over and over again.
And I knew something had to change.
I was chasing the flashy lights, the thrill, the dream. I was searching for happiness outside of me and that is why I felt so hollow within. Once I started a journey of self-discovery and radical self-love, I realised that I did not have to go looking any more, I had to do less and be more. Think less and feel more. Stress less and love more!
And bit by bit, month by month, year by year it all started to make sense!
GETTING EVERYTHING YOU DESIRE
STARTS WITH TRANSFORMING THE RELATIONSHIP YOU HAVE WITH YOURSELF!
My goal is to inspire, uplift, and light the way on your transformation journey.
What ever you are going through, you do not need to go through it alone.
Take my hand as we uncover what is really holding you back.
What are the fears, that are too daunting to face alone?
What are the patterns playing on repeat?
What are your struggles and pains?
I'm here for you, let's do this thing together!
Let's walk this path to unlock your greatest potential and
finally, start living the life you truly deserve!
A LITTLE BIT OF FUN ABOUT ME...
THREE THINGS I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT
Get lost in nature and you will find yourself.
The quickest way for me to soothe my soul is to feel the ground beneath my feet. Soil or sand, forests or beaches, the connection to Mother Earth allows me to feel I AM HERE, I AM HOME, I'M ALIVE!
My oh my, do I like to shake my booty!
I spend a lot of time in Bali, Thailand and the so-called conscious communities and the thing that beats any yoga class, beach walk, or surf is a good, sweaty ecstatic dance! I used to worry "Are people watching me? Are my dance moves ok?" Now, I can't contain myself. I shake my hips, sway my arms, butt my head... Oh mama, you'd be proud ;-)
A day without laughter is a day wasted.- Charlie Chaplin.
I laugh every day, either at myself, my sister or my bestie... I just can't contain myself and it feels so good!
The best kinds of laughter:
Laughing so hard your laugh becomes silent, tears coming out your eyes and you're scared you're going to wet yourself.
